MyChat is a completely free application. There are no subscription fees, hidden charges, or in-app purchases required to access any of its features. We are committed to providing a free social platform for everyone to connect and express themselves.

To provide a better experience, we collect basic information such as your Email Address and Phone Number. This information is used solely for account authentication and to help you connect with your friends.

            Crucial Privacy Note: Your email and phone number are strictly confidential. They are never shared with, sold to, or viewable by any third party or other users without your explicit consent.
        

3. Message Privacy & Security

We believe in the right to private communication. Our system is designed to minimize data retention.

Temporary Storage: All chat messages are stored in our database only as long as they are "in transit."
Auto-Deletion: Once a message is successfully delivered to the recipient's device, it is permanently deleted from our servers immediately.
No Backups: We do not keep logs or backups of your personal chat history on our servers.

4. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information (Email, Phone) as long as your account is active. As mentioned before, chat messages are deleted immediately after delivery. If you choose to delete your account, all your personal data will be wiped from our systems within 30 days.
